Which accounting software packages are you familiar with?

Our team has experience with all the major accounting software packages such as MYOB, QuickBooks, Peachtree, SAGE and also with several SAAS based applications.

How competent are your team in accounting and book keeping processes?

All work is conducted by or under the supervision of Chartered Accountants.

Can I just get an hourly rate or are there any fixed contracts?

We do not impose any fixed contracts. We are flexible and work as per your requirements. It can be based on an hourly rate or we can also provide a fixed monthly competitive fee based on our initial discussions with our client, evaluating the requirements.

How do I communicate my data with your team?

Each client is allocated a dedicated Client Service Manager, who deals with all contact and queries.
